I can assign address to input modules, but I don't know assign output address of Motor and VFD. How I can activate Motor by using modules? Is there any Sample programs? Plus, I want to know S110's X130,131,132,133.

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/11/2024 Posts: 22445 Rating: (3029)	Hello, the interfaces ar desribed in the S110 manual capter 7.3 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109478122 what do you mean whith the adresses? If you insert the S110 object in the HWConfig of the PLC (GSD or GSDML) you can configure the transfertelegram slots with input and output adresses. Whit this adresses you can communicate with the S110. To configure the S110 that it use the correct signals from the fieldbus you should use starter. Regards Christoph

Q 280...283? But How I know function of 280...283? I configured on H/W configure, But, In STARTER, there are some problems... I guess, Online assess point is S7ONLINE(STEP7) PG/PC interface is PC Adapter(MPI) anything wrong...? I communicate PLC with MPI - ET200M with ethernet - S110 with ethernet. Jeff Casagrande Posts: 1529 Rating: (202)	I don't even know where to begin...... I would suggest you download the S110 Commissioning manual and read it thoroughly. The first question would be how you are connecting to the drive. You have an MPI interface but you show Ethernet connections.

I communicate PLC with MPI - ET200M with ethernet - S110 with ethernet. Hi, from the Photo you have a CU310PN -> can't connected with the MPI Adapter! The adresses 280 (in and out) are the adresses for the PLC with which the Control unit object can be accessed. The adresses 286 (input and output) ard the adresses in the PLC with which the Drive object (powermodule + motor+ encoder) can accessed from the PLC. First check how big is you processimage, if it default then you must you PIW /PQW to access this adresses directly or expand the process image of the plc (in the properties of the plc) which functions is mapped to the addresses depends on the configuration in the S110 in Starter. Which signals are mapped to the communication paramters etc. Regards Christoph

In starter, I set S7ONLINE, PG/PC interface: PC Adapter[Auto], Target address: CU305 Here, PG/PC interface have to be MPI? Or TCT/IP? OR Auto? Target address have to be CU305's address? When I connect ethernet direct CU305, DeviceMode, Online Node finds CPU&ET200M, theose are unable to connect... 2. When I Configue In STARER, Can I map address on communication parameter? If this is possible depends on which PLC and FW Version do you use. S7Online normaly configure the access automatic if you create the S110 in HWConfig from the Catalog (NOT GSDML!) and assign a PG/PC to the MPI Network. Then the Route is: PG with Adapter -> PLC -> ethernet -> CU305PN. 2.) The mapping is doing with Slots of the Drive Objects in the pictures are allready the connections dond, so that the Adress W286 of the DO "Drive_1" in HWconfig is the STW. Regards Christoph

Is 'Slots of the Drive Object' located in H/W configure? And, I tried activate motor using DO"Drive_1, It didn't active... Here are photos. I makes i 2.0- Q280.0 ...i2.7-Q280.7 My act is wrong? With the Control word you give the signals from the PLC to the drive and then the drive state machine interact with this control word signals and activate the motor. The shematic of the state machine is described in the List Manual and Function manual . Regards Christoph

Drive_1(Motor) Or Control_Unit(Inverter)? I Think Drive_1, But I Don't Know why.... 2. There are fatal error, Is this error occured because of "#Read Inveter?" In SFC 14, I think "#Read Inveter" should be "312". But it is "0'.... 3. In Question 2, SFC14 if correct system function? This program was 315-2DP's Program. I changerd CPU,315-2F PN/DP. Thanks!
