AI card Failure Problem

john Enthu Posts: 69 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir,I have S7-400 System with CPU-412-2DP (6ES7-412-2XG00-0AB0) and MP370. I have Remote I/Os with ET200M which includes DI, DO and AI modules. Our panel is Flame proof panel.We are facing the problem of AI card Failure. AI Card (6ES7-331-1KF00-0AB0) is getting failed frequently (within 2 to 3 months). No other card (like DI, DO) getting failed. Failure means its channels are not working and it simply gives zero count.DI Card type NO. 6ES7-321-1BL00-0AA0DO Card Type NO. 6ES7-322-1BL00-0AA0AI Card(6ES7-331-1KF00-0AB0)What may be the remedy of this type of problem?One more question:In the above mentioned system, If I have AI Card (6ES7-331-1KF00-0AB0) and I want to have status of correct working of each and every channel of AI card, then is it possible or not?If possible then how? If not, then what may be the solution?

There is many ways to obtain a diagnose: SFC51, OB82 analyse, SFC14, etc. However,in my opnion, the easy way is with "report system error" function: http://support.automation.siemens.com/BR/view/en/22727527
