Alarm 7901 drive overspeed

When I Im controlling the drive via the "SinaSpeed" block and when I set in "EnableAxis" to TRUE the drive rotates for a short while, while the "SpeedSP" is ZERO then I get the alarm 7901 drive overspeed. If I however open V-assistant and control the drive manually I can start and stop it without problem. Would someone have any idea how to fix this? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Sinamics V90 Violent pos when power on..

Please ensure, that the reference speed in the PLC is the same as P2000 in the V90. In order to avoid influence from the control just operate the drive by On/Off1 and the speed setpoint of the SinaSpeed block only.

Jack0004 Advanced Member Joined: 12/16/2021 Last visit: 8/22/2023 Posts: 126 Rating: (1)	Hi DonSebas, SINA_SPEED can be used if you just use the "normal" speed control inside the drive and you want to enable the axis and give a speed setpoint from PLC to the drive. So it is very simple block and you will need to use the standard telegram 1 1. Check back positive and negative speed limit - p2162 2. Check and correct the maximum speed (p1082). 3. Check and correct the speed limit (p29070, p29071), and the DI signals SLIM1 and SLIM2. Check back above points.
