Animation of StaticText

Hi everyone, 

So I need help animating a static text or anything that can do what I need, it's quite simple actually:

I need a rectangle,box, anything that shows when one of my motors(out value of my block motor) is running(green and show written "ready") and when it's stopped(red and written "stopped"). 

Thanks to everyone that can help and sorry if I'm not clear, I'm new in the area.

To do so, you can pull a static text from the tool in graphic designer, right click at the "text" in properties, add a dynamic dialog. For this, you can set boolean (if you have only Running and stopped), or set analog (if you have more than one status).

If you wanna change the color, go to the color, background color, and add a dynamic dialog there.

If you wanna hav the rectangle box, set the static text border to have line weight of 1 .
