API for the future

Dear Siemens back-end programmer/s, 

does your API do the follwoing ?

when parameters like(user name, password, article number)  to be sent as a request to your servers (as parameters) and returns price and availability. 

also as a point of sale system, where same parameters above + purchase order ID + customer address, for the customers to order through my app. 

FTP for the datasheet (Published upon user request)?

Notice: I don't want to do it manually, I want the server to do all.
