Are Simatic security updates available for Windows 7 and Windows XP against the Stuxnet virus and any general security updates?

Hi, I need help with two issues. I found the Stuxnet virus in the WinCC program of our plant. I have scanned and cleaned the virus using the SYSCLEAN virus cleaning tool provided on the Siemens support URL: [https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/43876783/simatic-wincc-simatic-pcs-7-information-about-malware-viruses-trojan-horses?dti=0&lc=en-PK].

Moreover, Simatic Security Update V1_0 SP1.exe needs to be installed as provided in the URL. When I execute the software, it shows an error that says this software cannot be installed on the operating system Windows 7 SP1. The error message does not mention the compatibility of the security update software with any other operating system. Attached herewith is a screenshot of the error for reference.

Furthermore, Microsoft Security Update "KB 2286198" (requires to be installed with the Simatic security update) is now unavailable on the Microsoft website. Is there any alternative available for this too?
