Auto run S7-400

I want to ask about make the program auto run the CPU S7-400 when the power switch off ?

Sorry..sorry my all expert,

I mean, first the CPU is RUNNING position, when the power supply switch OFF and then switch ON again, the CPU does not directly RUNNING, but the STOP position, whereas the CPU in RUN MODE position, I have to manually switch on the CPU to STOP MODE position, then it back to RUNNING MODE , the CPU now Running.
How to make the program so that when the power switch to OFF and switch ON again the CPU back to the RUNNING position, it auto?

In my power supply battery use, and there is no problem. Here I use S7-400 CPU and flash memory type 414-2XK05-0AB0 type 6ES7 952-0KH00-0AA0.

Automatic warm restart or cold restart without backup

If you operate your CPU without a b ackup battery, after startup or when voltage returns following POWER OFF, the CPU autom atically undergoes a general reset and then a warm restart or cold restart, depending on the configuration. The user program must be available on the FLASH card and no battery monitoring can be set with the Batt.Indic switch on the power supply module.

After you switch on the CPU, or power has been recovered after POWER OFF, you have to initiate a warm or cold restar t by means of mode switch or PG if battery monitoring is enabled. The EXTF LED signals an ex ternal error if the backup battery has failed or is missing.
