Blank screen issue with the KP400

 Hi Mr.Lang,

              I am also facing a Blank screen issue with the KP400.Not even getting the siemens start up screen. Can you please tell if you have found any solution for this.

Hello,

As I understand it right. One panel is working perfect. And the other panel can not be reset?

I know it sometimes does not works the first time to reset panel, and you need to try it several times.

When it does not function I would advise to start a Support request.

Yes correct . The 2nd one I have tried maybe 8 times . Will try a few more times and then make a decision to contact support

 Hi,

In this case "blank screen" there is no possibility for communication with the panel. So, you can not even download the FW to the panel. So, the panel is deffected. You can send it for repair or order a new one.
