Calibration of the panel TP1500 Comfort

Silabin Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello. I have several TP1500 Comfort V2 6av2-124-0QC02-0AX1 panels. The calibration of the touchscreen on one of them was lost. I need to calibrate it. The sequence of my actions: - in the panel settings (Control Panel) selected OP Properties - > Touch -> Recalibrate; - selected the mode 22, 32, 33, 53, 5*5 (I tried all the options); - pressed the stylus on the center of the target and walked through all the points, then clicked on the screen to save the calibrations; - clicked " OK " in the OP Properties window, but the calibration is not saved. Everything remains in the same state. Software version on panels v14. 00. 01. 00_50.24. I updated the software on the problematic (faulty) panel using SimaticProSave to version v15. 01. 00. 04_01. 01. the Problem remained (calibration is not saved). I tried to calibrate other similar (properly working) panels, but the calibration on them is also not saved. The calibration cannot be knocked down or corrected in any way. It seems that it is iron bound and cannot be adjusted. What can I do to calibrate the panel? Perhaps there is additional software? Is it possible to enter calibration values manually or in the registry or any other options?

But in the calibration does not work as written in the Manual then I would suppose there is a defect on the Panel Bye Murof
