Can not Open app TIA PORTAL V15

Hello Sir,

I have Problem in Program TIA Portal V15, I attach screenshoot notification in dialog box.

How to step to solved this problem?

open the path in Windows Explorer ?

 hello, this file exe located in c drive, i can open file location. i attached screenshoot for this

and if you run the exe from explorer you get the same error?

The account user on the PC may not have ownership of the installed software. The user account could be the problem or some Windows problem.

Execute the executable with higher privileges or sign in as admin on the PC. 

Alternative is to do a web search on how to take ownership of a folder. Some help is provided on the web that uses Powershell if easy methods does not work.
