Hello Ravi; When you have such doubts, try looking up threads and FAQs pn this forum for a solution, it is probably the most available information for Siemens programmers. Try the search box at the right. Amongst other answers you would have found this discussion: PCS7 for S7-300 Look thereat our friend Silent Bob's suggestion of Industry libraries that can be used to link a S7-300 CPU to PCS 7. But be sure to look at these libraries carefully, there are limitations onfull compatibility such as you have with a S7-400 and PCS 7. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Hi RaviS, please lookhereto check if you can use the Hardware for PCS 7 V8.0 SP1. If you use an other version look in the same manual for your PCS 7 version. How you can use a S7-300 CPU with S7-400 CPU in PCS 7 look toLinkthat SilentBob have postet above. |
