It’s an old computer with Windows 7, we have new Macs but I guess they do not work with the software anymore? |

Have you install the LSC as an administrator? If not, deinstall LSC and reinstall LSC as an administrator. |

Have done uninstall and install and still not working😩 |

Can you make a screenshot of device manager with the networks adapter(s) like this in attachment? |

If I press the refresh button is my logo and TDE show up in the window so there is a communication between them! |

Now you see the NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller in LSC? Is your problem now solved? |

No there are still no network card in LSC |
