Cannot zero high speed counter

Hi Guys,

I have another very simpe problem, I cant reset the counter value to NewCountValue=0 when I trigger the SetCountValue in diagnostics of HSC technology object. Count value is retained all the time.

Note Im calling HSC every cycle.

Any Idea about the problem?
