Client-server connection failed

When I try to connect a client to a wincc-server, it opens the project (after typing loginname and password). Then I starts activating the project. I can see the progress bar. but it goes wrong with starting the text-library and it stops activating the project. I 've already checked the network settings: I can browse the network from both sides and see all the computers with all their shares. Also in the Simatic Shell every looks ok. When I look in the diagnostic files I can see the the start.log last entry is: ACTIVATIING RUNTIME TEXT-LIBRARY STARTED. I don't get the entry SUCCEEDED what could be wrong? Thanks already.

And in the simatic-shell settings was selected the wrong card for communication between the client and servers. thanks to all, Bart
