communicate et200-PLC and ABB VFD ACS550 Drive with Modbus

Hi all, Im trying to communicate et200-PLC and ABB VFD ACS550 Drive with Modbus. I am going to use 6ES7 138-4DF11-0AB0 Modbus module. Do you have any example program for this communication?. I did all hardware configuration Step-7 and parameters setting on ABB. In Step 7 i used S_Send and S_Recieve fb. But i Couldnt handle it.
