Communication fault PLC <-> HMI

Below, some additional information: - HMI panel appears in accessible devices - TIA Portal screens can be loaded in HMI panel - I can ping HMI panel IP address - Date and time in CPU and HMI screen is the same - Sometimes communication is stablished by a couple of seconds and then go away - There is connection bewtween both sides of Profinet cable (checked with a tester) We are going to change the connectors of the Profinet cable, but I am afraid this does not work. Do you have any suggestions of what could be the problem? Thank you

Is the connection you are trying to make a direct connection or are there intermediate elements, such as routers? I would check that you don't have any protection against access to the HMI, with passwords or something similar. Finally, even if you say that both are on the same time, check this FAQ because it may help you.

Which Image Version do you use on the HMI (Which HMI do you use)? do you use any area pointer? Which system alarms do you get at Runtime Start in the HMI? Bye Murof
