Communication problem

But I was buy laptop without port Com ,and if I use Exprescard-Com-Logo or Usb-Com-Logo is problem : programme not respond or I see blue screen. Where isand how solve this problem. Please help me. Sorry for my bad english. Best regards.

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, best is to use the LOGO! USB programming cable. Some of the USB-2-RS232 converter always make problems. I hope this helps

Here is another idea. 1) un-install the USB-RS232 converter cable and unplug it 2) un-install or turn off or deactivate ALL Bluetooth adaptors or built in devices that are also taking up COM ports. 3) reboot 4) now install the USB-COM converter BEFORE you plug the cable in 5) plug the cable in and check under Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager, Ports, that the USB/COM converter has been given a COM number 5 or less. 6) then check communication with a LOGO! 7) Then you can turn on, reactivate the Bluetooth devices that will then create other COM ports above the LOGO! cable COM port number. This has helped some people! Cheers Aaaaaarrrrgggghhhh!
