I try to adjust the spindle in the at first 1 and 2 speeds (with one encoder) I have 4 speed range 1=0,25-1,5 rpm 2=,05-3,5 rpm 3=1,3-8,5 rpm 4=3,2-20 rpm gear ratio from the motor to the load i1=925/1384074=0,00066831687 i2=25/15762=0,00158609 i3=888/230679=0,003849505 i4=24/2627=0,009135896 Measuring gear transmission ratio of the load to the sensor for the first two speed ranges i= 25/2556=0,00978091 When you set the speed for example (S0.7 M03) at the output of the module ADI is receiving 10V When you set the speed for example (S0.7 M04) at the output of the module ADI is receiving -10V Changing the speed of S0.25 to S1, 5 does not change the output voltage of the module ADI MD 36210=100 MD 32250=100 MD 32260=2000 The parameters see the attachment Attachment 666.jpg (208 Downloads)

The current setting is not sufficient.Each of all these configured gearsteps requires a motor speed pf approx 2200rpm for max speed (based on the provided gear step ratis), but the configured output is calculated to 2000rpm at 100% (MD32250, 32260) needed setting e.g. MD 32260 = 2500rpm this requires finally an adjustment of the inverter for 10V ==> 2500rpm of the motor. I do not understand this sentence: spec-cnc Changing the speed of S0.25 to S1, 5 does not change the output voltage of the module ADI M3S0.7 deliveres 10V and S0.25..S2.5 10V as well???

Regarding the MD32260 I agree, but I think it has special significance now because analog setting is not changed, see above

Did You defined this ratio additionaly anywhere in the MD's? Where? Can You provide an NC-archive (at least the axis data of the discussed spindle?) here?

Why I was wrong in the settings - I thought that the only parameterization for the spindle (without orientation, etc.) are not considered the parameters for the C axis Thanks again for your help. As it turned out the old drive does not pull the engine speed to2200rpm, this had to reconfigure all the parameters for the spindle motor speed 1000rpm. Thanks for the help CNC600. Your tips have helped me. To be continued...
