Consistency Check - For expert

Hello everyone,

(I am new working with Desigo CC)

I received a dongle with a certificate (.lic) of a Engineering License (it worked on a first computer).I need to continue the configuration of the project on my computer (Views). I also need to study the system, its functionalities, etc. BUT ...

In the LMU I see the license activated, connected to the dongle and it expires on 05/08/2022 (nothing in red)  BUT the client installed on the server is in Demo Mode. When the consistency is checked in the LMU I have the result shown in the attached image. Any idea what is wrong? What can I check?

The screenshot shows that this information pane was actually still updating in the moment the screenshot was taken. This means its not reliable information. Also there is no text information about what was the result of the consistency check. There are just red crosses but no information what it actually means. 

Please make a support request, provide all the details there with full screen screenshots of LMU and your case will be addressed:

Thank you for making the consistency check and providing the information. This is interesting. With engineering license you should not have this message. I'd need to analyze deeper to understand your environment to see why you get it.
