Conversion from SP3 to SP5

Hello,

I have 3 projects made with WinCC flex 2008 SP3, I want open them with WinCC flex 2008 SP5. But WinCC can't convert them (see the first image).

After that, the creator of the projects speak with Siemens to convert the files and send me the result. But I can't open it too.... (see the second image).

I have a PG/PC  "simatic field PG" with WinCC flexible 2008 already installed on. I install the 2 update but it's the same.

I try to open a project made with SP2, it works  .

The last news I have from the Creator is "the problem is with WinCC".

Anyone can help me here ? (i hope you understand me )

For information, with the project made with SP3, the file “PROJECT_1_log.LDF” is present. I have already try to copy it on the directory of the project convert in SP5 but it doesn't work.

I have a good news : i can open the project !

I received a new PG/PC with WinCC flex SP5. I did not install any update to trying with the HMI project made with SP3, it can't open it. After i try with the project convert in SP5 send by the Creator, and i can open this.

So if i don't need to install the update, i stay with no update in this PG/PC...

Sorry to re-open this topic, but i have a problem on the continuity of the previous

I modified the HMI project (with winCC flex 2008 SP5), but i can't transfert because the version of the winCC runtime in the HMI is always WinCC flex RT SP3...

How can i transfert the program ? Update WinCC flex RT SP3 to SP5 ? Or other solution ?

I find the solution, i install the " WinCC flexible 2008 SP5 Runtime Trial " on the HMI find at this link https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/dz/fr/view/100777999/en , and after i can transfert the HMI program made with WinCCflex 2008 SP5.
