Converting a program from microwin to TIA V13

 Hi Dear All,

Who now, How we can convert program from microwin to Step7 or TIA V13, is it posible directly convert TIA V13 or we should convert step by step for version TIA?

Unfortunately there is no tool available to convert a Microwin Project to TIA V13.

There used to be a tools available to convert from Microwin to TIA V10. / V11

However having used this tool ( Now discontinued by Siemens ) , I can say that it is a complete waste of time.

I would advise you to manually reprogram the logic in TIA V13.

Hello,

good understanding both SWs , also HW platform, show just one important difference - serial communication. This area is so different from basic, so pls think that direct convert moves only in standard (simple) logic area. If there is other area of implementation (meaned communication or maybe Positioning), really manual convert is needed. Pls again think about this.
