Could not init Rf240R

KaBas Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello, got a Problem with my RFID System. I am using a S7-1200C/DC/DC/DC with an Simatic RF180C communication module in combination with a RF240R. Integrated the Reader like mentioned in the siemens YouTube Video. The communication to the RF180c is working fine. But i cannot start the communication the Reader. The Err_1 Led is turning on every 3/4 seconds. Inside Tia it is giving me a failure when resetting the Reader. The failure is 0xE7FE0800 ( reached max init time). The used function blocks are shown below. I am hoping someone could give me some advice how to fix this Problem. greets Attachment Unbenannt.JPG (485 Downloads)

The I and Q address of the channel "2x RS422 Kanäle RFID_1 have to be set to the same values. Your screenshot (pic 4) shows that the "I address" = 68..71 and "Q address" = 64..67 are different. Set those addresses to the same values and you should be fine
