Hello jac22, I recommend to do the following: 1- Archive your project. 2- Open your project that you already have. 3- Save it with another name (now you have 2 similar projects with 2 different names). 4- Open hardware configuration ofyour newerproject then write down all CPU parameters. 5- Open DP interface and write down the name of the Profibus subnet (for example PROFIBUS(1) ) and also write down the CPU DP address. 6- Delete the CPU (when you delete the CPU, The softwarewill bedeleted consequently). 7- Drag your new CPU into the rack. 8- Make sure you put the same parameters of the old CPU. 9- Open the DP interface and chose the correct Profibus subnet and make sure you put the same old Profibus address. 10- Save and compile hardware configuration. 11- Open the original project and copy the S7 program. 12- Switch to the newer project and paste the S7 program. 13- Open the hardware configuration of the newer project again and save and compile.
