CPU STOP when I/O Access Error occur and CPU all LED flashing continuously

Dear Sir,

Happy Christmas...

Today our CPU 414-5 H PN/DP went to stop mode with error Event ID 16# 39B1 and all LED continuously blinking with fault indication and One redundant network fully failure with indicate only BF1 But the another CPUChange from update mode to operating mode RUN (redundant mode), so theprocess will be running another CPU  After that stop CPU doesn't start until power off and memory reset.

Before occurred  this situation some particular DP slave analog signal malfunctioning.

Now all system healthy no any fault CPU and IM module with card.

But check diagnostic buffer in CPU found One particular   node 11 has showing event..

DP: loss of redundancy at DP slave

DP: Return of redundancy at DP slave

Sir Please help me how to Permanent resolved this issue.
