mehar Posts: 91 Rating: (1)	hello caldas, But in our machine we not have common.com file. we are using 840D sl with TCU whether we can download it from net . expecting a positive replay .....

Driling, Milling Turing Soft keys very next to Edit soft key. >Check whether the HMI is properly installed on PCU50.(i.e. You should able to see COMMON .COM,AEDITOR.COM,BOHERN1.COM etc other common files in Standard cycle directory. >If everything is OK then adjust the following parameters. N18170 $MN_MM_NUM_MAX_FUNC_NAMES=40 N18180 $MN_MM_NUM_MAX_FUNC_PARAM=450 N28020 $MC_MM_NUM_LUD_NAMES_TOTAL=500 >Then Pres Menu Select → Services → › →Series Startup →Read startup→select Cyc dir Press INPUT → select definitions.arc →press Start >Now you can see GUD files and SMAC files in definitions directory >Then Pres Menu Select → Services → › →Series Startup Read startup Cyc dir Press INPUT → select cycmill.arc → press Start >Now you can find standard cycles in Standard cycle directory. >Open definition folder. Goto Manage data → select smac_sc→Load HD-NC >Similarly load GUD7_sc,then Activate SMAC, GUD7 >After that Load all cycles.(Note: load only files with extension .SPF) > Power Off and Power ON. >Create a new program in program directory. Then you should able to see Driling, Milling Turing Soft keys very next to Edit soft key. This confirms that all cycles are loaded. Check it out.... Regards, Ealavya

You can find in themanual "IM9" (Commissioning manual, Basesoftware and operating software)the entire configuration for CYCLE800 and other fuctions for HMI Operate there. hope that helps CNC600 **************** Sorry, I was too fast... You'll find the requested information in the specified document in chapter 20.6 "Swiveling". Basically You have to define (at least) one ToolCarrier and than You can configure the HMI just by setting MD/SD (activate the needed screens and SK's).

No, it's different. The configuration for CYCLE800 is the same, but he activation is different. "Caldas"posted the correct link for the document before. You'll find the configurationthere in chapter 3.16.7. hope that helps CNC600
