Hi Kal. I am missing detail of your program which makes it difficult to make any comment. Let me show you a simple program that I have prepared for you. One uses OB30 and the other uses OB20. Try to replicate the results first. I did not have a PLC, so I simulated an S7-1200 FW4.3 in PLCSIM V15.1. It is not uncommon that the simulated results will be a few milliseconds off. Thanks gentlemen. Putting the instruction in OB100 would beat the purpose as I would like to change in the program. Attached is an archive in version 15.1 for an s7-1200 FW4.3 and it is pretty much as descried, very simple, just SET_INT instruction executed in interrupt OB40 by a digital input rising edge ; I also placed it in OB1 with a rising edge tag and of course the result was the same. The first execution is random, usually between 2-3 seconds after instruction execution and once I got it just over 5 seconds. Thanks Kal AttachmentTimed_CyclicInterupt.zip (99 Downloads) |
