Device Integration Problem with HART Comm.

We have some problems with instruments which have HART interface. We used for PDM v8.1+SP1 with PCS7 v8.0 SP2. When we try to integrate some new devices which are not included in PDM's own catalog we get same error "No component descriptions found." All of the instruments EDD files are provided by their own suppliers websites. What may be the wrong thing? 

One question for another issue: In PDM device catalog there is also HCF library besides that some instruments have its own HART files in Device Catalog with their vendor name  (For example Emerson Rosemount 644 Temp.Transmitter has 2 different HART files both under the "HCF>Rosemount" and the "HART>Sensors>Temperature>Rosemount") 

What is the main difference between two of them.

this is probably a problem with the EDDs. In this case you should contact the supplier.
