yuwa Posts: 62 Rating: (2)	Client OS display data not update. During operation, client monitor frequently freeze without any error message. Picture can be changed but response time very slow. - Frozen displayed data not periodical happened. Sometimes 5 minute, some 15 minute. - Redundant server still working properly. - Communication between servers and clients still ok. (check by "ping" command and check client connection via WinCC explorer on server) - I already reinstalled client, but problem still occurred. We use PCS7 V.6.0 SP3 + Cemat V6.0 SP3. Redundant servers with4 clients More info, this system has run for more than 2 years. But the problem started to happenned since last night. I really have no idea what to check. I'm at the site. The problem is quite serious because we can't operate for more than 20 hours. Please help. Thank you.

But the problem started to happenned since last night. ... I'm very conused, looking diagnose posted: >>> LICENSE <<< - servfa1: all license missing - servfa2: some licence missing >>> REDUNDANCY <<< - servfa1: redundancy is not working - servfa2: redundance didn't worked untill yesterday (Jan 6th) On servfa1 there are a lot of trouble (redundancy, archiving, licence missing...). I'm not ble to understand how project worked untill now. Anyway, servfa2 seems to have just few trouble and seems working fine since today /Jan 7th): loook where client sstation are connected to and try to connect all cllient over servfa2. If all client will go to worg fine means you have to fix servfa1 Lets to know news, Regards

I just want to cut the problem about software installation because the system has run since 2005. About license missing, it's because ServFa1 was formatted. Actually, required license are installed properly on each station. Let me tell you what i have done to check the problem. -On 6th Jan, Ifound error message about WinCC license on bothservers. (Tag use 7x,xxx while 64K license). But,this error message was displayed more than 3 months ago without this behavior. Anyway, even I put the required license to the server, problem still happen. -After that,reinstall one client (OperK1) using restoredisk. Download entire projectto both server,client. - I seperate redundant server todifferent network.Itested many things to check such as scan virus, check network equipment, etc. -At the end,OperL1 connected to ServFa2 and running well.So we think that maybe problem is on ServFa1. We reinstalled ServFa1 and transferred license via network and forgot to enablelocal license protection.After that license on ServFa1 were corrupted.This is why there's license missing message. - I put another clients to ServFa2, problem still. - I set up new computer as client, put it in the system. First connect to ServFa1, problem occurred. Then, we moved the new client to connect with ServFa2, It look good for 6 hours. But when I put the network together, problem occurred. Anyone has any idea, please advise. Thanks a lot.
