Hello manju@vaes , I don't know if you have the module with MLFB 6ES7322-5HG00-0AB0 or not. This is the only 16DO module that supports Hold Last Value or Set Substitute Value which means that some desired outputs can have values of 1 when CPU goes to stop. If this is not your case then maybe it's a defective module. Why don't you try another DO module in the same slot and see if it behaves the same or not? If behavior is not the same and outputs go to zero then most probably you have a defective DO module. Best regards. H-H |

Hi H-H, The module we are usnig is 6ES7322-1BH01-0AA0. So i guess module may be defective. |

Hello manju@vaes, Yes may be the module is deffective. But please check first that there is no 24 VDC applied to these 4 channels. May be there's a wiring mistake. You can disconnect the 4 wires of these 4 channels from the front connector and see what will happen. Regards. |
