Hi Maraitorzzzzzzzzz, if you want to send the set point to the Siwarex M you have to do 2 things: 1. As you said, load the new set point into DBW194 (DR22). 2. Send the DR22 to the Siwarex M, this you do as follow: a. Load the DR no. (here 22) to the DBB21 (Application WRITE_DATA_1) b. Load "1" to the "Bitfield" DBW22, to start the transfer. c. If the tranfer is finished the "Bitfield" will be reset and in bit DBX24.1 indicates that the transfer was successful, if there was an error in the transfer the bit DBX24.4 will indicate this. See also the Manual chapter 5.5.6ff. The inbuild analog output is primerial forsee for the output of the weight, if you want to use it to control the speed of a motor or similar, you have to set the DR9 (analog output settings) to "External output", see manual chapter 8. Then you have to send the control value with DR24 to the Siwarex M, see above. This has to be done cyclical. !!Be aware!! that the behaviour of the analog output of the Siwarex M is not like a "standard" AO. By the way, why do you use the "old" Siwarex M and not the modern Siwarex FTA?? Regards ABenno |

Hello Maraitorzzzzzzzzz, it is possible to calibrate the scale with the Siwarex M. You can do this with Siwatool or with the PLC program. Chapter 3.3 of the manual is explaining the calibration. 1. You have to set the parmeter in DR3, see chapter 9.3.2 in the manual. 2. The you have to the calibration procedure, see chapter 3.3 in the manual. Regards ABenno |
