Drive tripped "fault active infeed"

Hi

Problem facing in Hot strip mill Roughing mill bottom drive ( SM150 IGCT water cooled drive,D445 controller,2 INFEED & 2 MOMO configuration). drive tripped with fault "fault active infeed" & "shut down via pull wire" but infeed found in operation state. fault reseted from HMI drive made ready. As a preventive action all PSA FO cable cleaned & refixed but again after few days same problem came. same reset from HMI & made ready.no abnormalities found. In last one moth same thing happened 3 times. Fault list attached for reference.

Experts please help in finding what were the probable causes &  which faulty item causing the issue.
