Encoder reading lost

JLCP Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Ihave a serious problem with my Sinamics S120 + 1PH7 application. I apreciate your help. I have a motor 1PH7 with encoder ROD431.020-2048 (an HTL encoder with 2048 ppr). I connect this encoder to a SMC30 and then I connect this to the power module (X201 drive cliq port). The firmware version of the elements is 2.5. The problem is that I can see the motor encoder reading in the Starter software (Motor encoder page), but in the next "test point" the signal become a "0rpm". It happens no matter the direction of the motor rotation. I attacheone picture where I show you the problem. Please help me. I apprecite your help. Please help me. Thanks in advance. JLCP Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I have found the problem. It is caused because Ihad selected the option "Stationary Measurement" at the first power on. I think that the Sinamics software "blocks" the encoder reading until the stationary measurement is performed. I change it by "Inhibit" option (or not measurement) and then I was able to test the encoder reading.
