Entering/Displaying time values in units other than Milliseconds

dougt Advanced Member Joined: 10/14/2009 Last visit: 12/27/2022 Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	I am still on V10.5... I am trying to allow the operators to view and change the value of some timers. So far, I have been able to create I/O fields that display the value in milliseconds, and times must be entered in milliseconds. For some of the timers, entering milliseconds is not preferred, but is ok. For others, entering 60,000 milliseconds for a minute or 3,600,000 milliseconds for an hour is rather cumbersome and would take up a lot of screen. I am hoping that there is some simple way to allow the user to view and enter time in seconds, minutes or even hours. Thanks in advnace for any help. Doug

Operator will enter a numbers corresponding to wished duration in mins. hours...and then calculation will be in background.
