Error 20 maquina gases escape vas5067

Hi friends ! I have a problem with the vehicle exhaust gas analyzer machine, VAS5067... When I turn it on, it goes through a 3-minute warm-up phase and then it warns me of error 20 and it doesn't allow me to read values... He checked the tubes, changed the filters but did not resolve. The following manual has some information on error 20, on a VAS5067:

Error 20 is described as "Batterie verbraucht." in German, "Battery used up, or depleted" in English, and asks you to contact the vendor.'s service agent.
