Error while instaling WinCC Comfort Advanced V13

Hello, Idownloaded the trial version of "SIMATIC_WinCC_Comfort_Advanced_V13"consists1 .exe & 11 sub-packages of installation file. But when I tried to Run the .exe to unzip & merge the installation package, I always got a Error pop up I've already tried to download the files again, but it just still doesn't work: I Cannot find the error log file which the popup window indicates Could anyoneplease kindly tell me how can I unzip the file successfully?
