I agree with UMENCHO and also recommend to check the followings, 1 - Make sure your preset hardware configuration is the samewith actual configuration. 2 - Check Profibus address of ET200M (Dip switches ob both interface modules match the address in HW configuration). 3 - Check Profibus cables and bus connectors. Make sure A1 delivers A1 (Green to Green) and B1 delivers B1 (Red to Red). Buzzer pin 3 to pin 3 and Pin 8 to Pin 8 on bus connectors) 4 - Check bus connectors' termination. Sometimes you can have this message (Module not available) although it is already on the bus but misconfigured so I recommend to go in hardware configuration window and open station online, then got to ET200M and open it, get DP slave diagnostics and open Hex. format and tell us what you get in there. Before I forget, S7-400H is not made to stop. Check this FAQto avoid going in STOP mode at any error. |
