If this is a new installation, this error code can have several reasons. 1. The size of the hornantenna is too small. Please note, that the 1.5" horn antenna and the LR250 with PVDF antenna are not useable for palm oil, because these versions can only handle a medium with a DK of at min 3. The DK of plam oil will be lower. 2. For a hornantenna, it is always needed that it is inside of the vessel / outside of the nozzle. In any case, we need at min the last 10 mm of the antenna inside of the vessel. If the unit was running well before it is needed to get an echo profile or a trend to consider this. Is the LOE always present ? Maybe there are some build up´s inside of the antenna ? Hope this helps.

Rijacar Regular Member Joined: 4/26/2016 Last visit: 6/1/2022 Posts: 22 Rating: (1)	Dear Levelmans, The radar was running well until 3 months but, after that the radar sometimes give a display code S:52.I tried to clean up of the antenna but the radar still can't good work I connected the radar using method current looping to multiranger 200 (4-20 mA) input and Analog Input of PLC, is there problem with that? because there is a suggestion about loop voltage versus loop resistance. Is there probably with power supply?

If the unit was working for 3 month before, the current power should be ok. Is the failure always present or ist this only present from time to time ? Please provide also the complete order number string 7MLxxx. BR Levelmans

First time, the failure only present from time to time and after that the failure always present. I have tried to raise voltage of power supply from 24 Volt to 26 Volt and the result is the radar can good work. For now, I don't know the situation about the radar is good or not, because I don't get information again. I think it's problem about loop voltage versus loop resistance, isn't right? Maybe, do you have any suggestion or conclusion? The order number is 7ML 54310-AD20-0FH0 Btw, thank you so much for all your response and your information. Rija Carnanda Hutagaol
