Fault 1910 and 1912

SebOber Posts: 34 Rating: (3)	repost from different product conference Hello, I'm working on a two axis project, I have two 1FK7060 motors on a double motor module. I've configured everything and and am able to take control of the both motors through the sinamics side and simotion side from the control panels. However when I give control to my program and go to move the motors I get fault 1910 and 1912. They are configured with the siemens telegram 105 message frame. I've gone through and checked all the parameters that the help topics from the error codes suggests. But I still can not find the problem. I've uploaded the fault logs in .zip format.I've included a few logs from different times I've encountered the errors. Also included is the diagnostic buffer from the D425. In the diagnostics buffer the events dated 4-13-12 are relevant the other fault logs uploaded. I really hope someone has an answer. =) I've already spent many hours trying to correct this problem. Also, I had worked with a D435 six axis system and had the same problem. We had a siemens rep at the site helping with some other issues and he noticed the fault 1910/1912 and clicked a few things changed some setting and suddenly it was gone. ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/5/2024 Posts: 22431 Rating: (3029)	Hello, the reason for 1910/1912 in your case is: Program missing for a task TechnologicalFaultTask When you activate the gearing a technological Falt occurs and no program is inth fault task, so the PLC switch to operationmode STOP and the faults occurs. I assigned a blank mcc chart into faulttask, but my problem continues. Since I use this kit for testing, I also need to set drives-> functions-> line contactor control-> infeed operation to 1 to run with axis-> contral panel. I can run it later. but when I open the control operation state section to run the mcc chart block, it goes into run state but the engine does not work. then when I put it into stop state, I get the errors 1910,1912 and 1915. Can you help me? o0yuming0o Advanced Member Joined: 3/30/2014 Last visit: 11/5/2024 Posts: 86 Rating: (3)	Hello ChristophD In my project , Fault 1910 of Infeed can not be reset by the FB _LineModule_control after download program and CPU run again(In most cases this alarm will disappear automatically after download program and CPU run again). But it can be reset by the Acknowledge button in the "Alarms" window of SCOUT. The solutions provided by local technical support are as follows: ① x132.13 configure as output point in “Input/Output” of CU ②Declare an output variable “boInfeedReset” in the address list and configure it for X132.13. ③Configure r722.15 for p2102 in "Expert list" of CU. (r722.15=X132.13) Now you can reset other devices mounted on CU320 through variable “boInfeedReset” . I configured some measuring input in the input/output of CU. The local technical support told me that why I can not reset Fault 1910 of Infeed by FB _LineModule_control. Also I can not reset it by directly operating the reset bit on the telegram. Is there a description of this situation in the technical manual? Software: SIMOTION SCOUT TIA V5.3.1 Hardware: D455-2, firmware version：V5.3 CU320-2 PN, firmware version: V5.2
