Hello, please see following entry: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/67385031 Note: Only Control Units CU240E-2, CU240B-2, CU240D-2, CU250D-2 and G120C with Firmware Version V4.5 (or later) can be upgraded to the SINAMICS G120 Firmware Version V4.6. |
