G120 autotuing leakage inductance

Simotion Posts: 223 Rating: (1)	When I was autotuning (p1900 at 2 or 3)a G120 2.2 Kw motor, the autotuning failed each time. Error was F041 : motor data identification failure : with reason r949 = 7 : identified total leakage reactance <5% or > 50%. And also a few times with reason r949 = 41 : writing of calculated magnetizing current p320 failed. I also tried setting p1911 to 3, but no help^. The motordata should be ok, connection on the motor ok. Only thing is that the screened motor cables are rather long (possibly 80-100m) and no choke in the motor leads are used. When starting the motor in sensorless vector control the drive tripped immediatley : F0453 motor stalled. In U/f the motor ran without fault. Any suggestions?

Simotion Posts: 223 Rating: (1)	If I have long motor cables (>80m) would it be usefull to deconnect the screen of the motorcable at the side of the drive during autotuning (and reconnecting it afterwards off cours)? I suppose that the screen can cause some capacitive looses during the tuning procedure. Besides that has anyone else experience in jumpering the output choke during autotuning? Thanks.
