Getting Internal error-S7js7efx\driverupdate.cpp while generating module drivers

I have came across this error while generating module drivers in PCS7 v9.1 SP1 software. If not, Kindly update the blocks of your project and align with the APL and Basis Library of PCS7 V9.1 SP1 and check.

Kindly go through the below link to know the steps to migrate. It might help you to find the missed steps or options. Brief Steps for migration PCS7 V9.0 SP1 -> PCS7 V9.1 SP1 I hope it helps you!
