Going online: the HW configuration of the HMI_RT_1 was changed but it was not compiled and loaded yet. The shown diagnostics is possibly inconsistent or wrong.

I am expecting a problem with warning like written in topic when going online with my PLC:

"Going online: the HW configuration of the HMI_RT_1 was changed but it was not compiled and loaded yet. The shown diagnostics is possibly inconsistent or wrong."

The problem was found when HMI started to say: 

"No diagnostics data available because the current online configuration differs from the offline configuration data."

in device view.

I want to solve it and make it work without warnings but internet knowledge about this problem didn't help me yet.

I tried to compile entire HW, SW, download all again but the problem still exist and can't figure what could be wrong. 

Devices are working in topology as shown in the additional attachement.

I would be grateful for help to solve this. If any additional informations are needed please let me know, I will do my best. I have also attached an image with problematic errors shown.

- Operating System: Windows 10 PRO 64x, compilation number 16299

- TIA Version : V14 

- Hardware Modules numbers : 

CPU: CPU 1513-1 PN, 6ES7 513-1AL01-0AB0, FV v. 2.1

HMI's: 2 x TP700 Comfort, 6AV2 124-0GC01-0AX0, FW v. 13.0.1.0

You have your ansver in those. If the ONLINE HW is different from the OFFLINE HW configuration you have on your project, you get this message. Please check the MLFB numbers and correct your HW configurations to match the hardware you have.

 I have checked and HMI panels are with image version v13.00.01.09_03.01. Previusly there was version 13.0.1.0 in TIA Portal and the warning occured. I changed version to 13.0.0.0 but the warning still exist. 

After changing the device numbers I have done: rebuild HW of HMI, rebuild HW on PLC and downloaded all HW again to PLC. But as I said, the problem still exist.

If it were me, I would upgrade the firmware in the panel to V14 then update the panel configuration in portal to match. Then compile / download again.

Unless of course you are required to use V13 firmware on the panel?

Done that:

- Updated firmware of both HMI's to 14.0.1.0

- Downloaded SW to HMI's

- Recompiled all HW of HMI's

- Recompiled all HW on PLC

- Set PLC to STOP

- Download all HW configuration

- Set PLC to START

- Gone Online in TIA Portal

- Problem is still existing :/

Any other ideas how to get rid of it?

Hi,

can you make a try?
Remove the Topology interconnections from the Panel so that no Port Connection is configured.

After that recompile all (HW and Software) Download it agein to the PLC, and then check what's happen.

Are you able to switch both HMI connections over (for testing purposes) to the scalance xb008 which appears to have enough spare ports to cover this?

Are you required to connect directly to the robot with the plc, or can everything get connected to the scalance (again, for testing purposes)?

Are you required to predefine the topology for your project?  If not, temporarily remove all topology links, assuming nothing above has helped. 

Are you using physical hardware or simulation?

HMI 1 is placed 40 meters from scalance switch and I can not make a direct connection to scalance because the ongoing production. Because of the safety issues I can not place cables everywhere I want (someone can fall because of it and I would have big problems, I need to put them in covers on walls but I can not do this on going production. The next production stop date is now unknown.

About the second question. Moving current switch from the one place to next one near PLC requires production stop (putting various cables on the floor and conecting them again to suit topology requirements). Connecting everything to the new scalance position will need also extra cables and again, because of safety issues I can not do it now :/

About the question "Are you required to connect directly to the robot with the plc" - company is doing it's best to save as much money as they can so even extra cable cost is in mind. Because of station 1 (which contain robot, PLC, sinamics and HMI) and station 2 (which contain HMI, and 2 cameras) it was more profitable to make conections as they are. If the PLC from Station 1 would be conected directly to the scalance on Station 2 there would be needed an extra cable inserted on the wall and a person to fit everything. So after counting it is too expensive and nobody would have even time to do that (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

The fact is I can do everything in the software what I want until it won't stop the production. So I had removed all topology links yesterday but the problem still occurs. It can stay as it is (without connections) for some time but in the final software backups it must be done.

As you can guess after this reply, everything is based on physical hardware.
