GSD for new hardware

I'm currently working with TIA V11 Basic, and I'm working on a new project for which I purchased the next items: · 6ES7 214-1HG31-0XB0 - This is theCPU · 6ES7 223-1PL32-0XB0 -This is a16DI/16DO module · 6ES7 221-1BF32-0XB0 -This is the a8DI module But I can't find this equipment on the Hardware configuration of my project, I know these are new parts and I've been serching to get the GSD files, without any luck. So I was hoping someone here could upload them, so that I can continue working. Thanks and best regards Juan

dchartier Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 10/3/2024 Posts: 12283 Rating: (2685)	Hello Juan; A gsd file is only used to integrate a Profibus-DP slave from a (non-Siemens) vendor into a Step 7 configuration package, it would not help you in the present case. Maybe the following Update information for your CPU model can clear up the issue: Delivery Release for Innovated SIMATIC S7-1200 with Firmware Version 3.0 TheSIMATICS7-1200 with firmware version 3.0 and higher can be programmed with STEP7 Basic V11 SP2 Update3 or higher. Programming theS7-1200 with FW 3.0 and higher with older STEP 7 versions or with STEP 7 Micro/WIN is not possible. Once I updated my TIA I was able to configure the PLC (6ES7 214-1HG31-0XB0), but I still can't find the input/output modules : Any other idea on what should I do?, the modules I can find are with a 30 and mines are with a 32: Best regards 6ES6ES7 223-1PL32-0XB0 -This is a16DI/16DO module ·6ES7 221-1BF32-0XB0 -This is the a8DI module A

Look for these key words on the site "STEP 7 (TIA Portal) V11 Support Packages for the hardware catalog in the TIA Portal", you will find the latest version. Hope this help (worked for me) Regards
