Helloolejacosor, I will start with easy question.
Yes, you will have to go for WinCC advanced. For integration with SIMATIC Manager, please check this link but I'm not sure it will work with TIAV12 Unfortunately, your request is only available in WinCC and PCS7. It's calledsystem diagnostics. Otherwise, you will have to use diagnostics SFCs and also will have to evaluate the starting info. (1st 20 local bytes) in each error OB to make your own diagnostic screens. I must warn you this is a hell of work. Now, I don't know if it's reasonable to use TIA WinCC instead of WinCC V7.2. 1- I don't know how TIA WinCC will handle the connection switchover between the 2 CPUs. You should make sure that you can do it without much effort and with acceptable result. I can tell you that it could take 5 to 10 seconds in a PC with WinCC Flexible with over 100 power tags. Don't know how it will be in TIA WinCC but I'm afraid you won't get better results. 3-You made everything redundant. I recommend to improve your availability use WinCC V7.2 withSIMATIC NET SOFTNET-IE S7 REDCONNECT V8.2Redconnect licenseto be able to create S7-Fault tolerant connection with bumpless switchover. Edit: It seems I was wrong as I discovered that TIA WinCC V13 professional (maybe V12 as well) supports named connection for H systems. Please, check chapter10.11.8.5 Communication via named connections inWinCC V13 professional manual. You still need aCP1613 A2with hardnet redconnect license6GK1716-0HB12-0AA0. I also recommend to consult your local Siemens partner to know if you can use the integrated Ethernet port in the IPC577C with the licenseSOFTNET-IE S7 REDCONNECT V12 VM. Best regards, H-H
