HMI fail connection

Hi everyone,

I had a problem during I tried HMI and laptop connection, it always showed "the selected online target could not be reached". I have set the PG/PC interface IP to S7online, Static IP address... even though I " go online" both PLC and HMI, it still worked properly as my enclosed file. Could you give me some advice for this situation?

Unfortunately s.o set "start immediately delay time 0 seconds", so I couldn't choose transfer mode in start-up HMI. Could you know how can solve it?

Hi binh77,

Have you tried to start the transfer mode manually on your KTP1200 Basic? Please refer to chapter 6.4 of the "Basic Panels 2nd Generation" operating Instructions for details. You can also check if the automatic transfer mode is enabled, see chapter 5.18.

Hi binh77,

If the HMI project starts automatically without delay and the project does not have a button to stop the runtime, open the control panel, etc., you need to reset your device to factory defaults. This is described in chapter 6.8 of the operating instructions and the necessary recovery software can be downloaded here.
