Hello Berry, seems like your operating system has been damaged. There is a possibility to reinstall OS and fix the problem, but it depends on Software you are using for MP277. For more informations look here: How do you do an "Operating system update" (OS update) or "Reset to factory settings" on operator panels? If you work with WinCC or TIA Portal, I would recommend you doing the reset with ProTool. Look inside the attachments on the page to check, which cable you need. regards |
