How can I take a back up from downloaded programs with NCM manager?

I don't know if it is the right place to ask my folloing questions , at first I appologize if it is unsuitable place for asking my questions.

Can anyone let me know the usage of Simatic NCM manger ?

I read some passages about it but they made me confused , you are kindly requested to advise me the differences between Simatic Manager & Simatic NCM manager in a simple way.

I don’t know if it is possible to modify & download programs like Logics , CFC,SFC ,… to PLC via NCM manager without simatic manager.

NCM manager has been installed on a PC which is connected to redundant S7-400H PLC via profibus in our site , how can I take a back up from downloaded programs on PLC by NCM manager?
