Hello. So r2124 would be in the drive parameter. In your case it only shows that the problem exist in SERVO 3.3.4 (4) So i have attached a .Zip file with picture that show pictures of the buttons i reference to below.
Press Menu Select - Then Setup - Then Mach. Data - Then Drive Parameter (or Drive MD depending on Operate Version) / Then on the top look at the ID data, and then by using the Axis + or Axis - Soft key on the upper right part of the screen look for the SERVO 3.3.4 (4) ID in front of this will also be the axis Then go down the list to r2124 and your data should be there.
