How to disable the output after warm restart

Dear user,

here i am using CPU 416-3XR05-0AB0

HOW TO DISABLE THE OUTPUT AFTER WARM RESTART OF CPU, BECAUSE WHEN I RESTART THE CPU MY OUTPUT GETTING HIGH WHICH WAS IN LAST STATUS .

 It is a tricky topic and you need to be careful about the actions you want to take:

1. Check safety-related document of your machine or plants about certain binary actuators.Is it mandatory to keep them active even after a CPU start up.
   
   
2. It is rare but if you are using IO modules of PROFIBUS DP , please check if the  the watchdog active in corresponding DP slaves.
   
   
3. The next part is your user program.Check you user program that how it reacts to a restart.Check the the restart OB and even OB1.
   
   
4. You can FILL all outputs in restart OB with FALSE but I don't recommend that.Some outputs are vitals for the system and you need to make sure that they will be energized by process condition after restart.Please consult that with machine designer and program developer.
