How to do this ? Step 7 classic and Tia v13

Hello. I have a customer who wants a new plc-project with code in an 315-2DP cpu. And they want to acess the code with an older Fieldpg with step7 classic. They should also be connected to a new op TP1200 comfort panel, but they want to have the HMI project in Tia portal.

Is there a good way to make this happend ?

Hello Draven,

The simple solution would be to use the TIA 'proxy functionality.
Write the PLC code in S7 Classic and connect the TIA Hmi via the proxy function.

This way you have access from TIA to the tags which are defined in S7 Classic.

Thanks i will look in to this.

But one question remains, in the future the customer will be able to change the code but no changes in the tia project ? Unless he buys a license ?

And what you mean with the licence?
For the TIA project you need a licence or would you only create the project with the TRIAL licence and then never ever use a valid licence?

Hello Christoph , In our company we have a licens but the customer do not. And if they mean to change anything in the OP panel they need a licens i think.

if the customer need a change in the Panel then he need a TIA V13 Installation, a valid Licence for it and the project which was created for the Panel.

Without the SW and the project no changes possible.
